Indulgence Cupcakery in Haddonfield, New Jersey, made a Hurricane Sandy cupcake on Saturday before the storm, and it has a big mix of ingredients:

Chocolate cake filled with marshmallow, topped with vanilla buttercream,chocolate chips, pretzels, marshmallows and chocolate and peanut butter drizzle.
