The bakery opened on October 31st and here's what the newspaper Eastern Progress had to say about it:
Chasidy said they offer over 60 flavors to choose from, including southern red velvet, cookie dough, trip chocolate and sweet potato casserole.
The first, Lemon Love, is lemon cake filled with lemon curd, topped with white Italian meringue butter cream and garnished with yellow sugar sprinkles and lemon zest.
The Southern Red Velvet was a real crowd pleaser. It is a red cocoa/buttermilk cake filled with a delectable cream cheese frosting.
The White Chocolate Raspberry cupcake was definitely my favorite. It was a vanilla cake loaded with whip chocolate chips baked into the batter with a raspberry center made with real raspberries. It is topped with an Italian meringue butter cream frosting and white chocolate shavings.
Finally, the last two cupcakes were chocolate cake dipped in chocolate ganache. One was topped with a creamy white butter cream frosting with red and green sprinkles. The other was topped with a chocolate buttercream frosting with red and green sugar sparkles.
