Cupcakes in a museum art display

This is one of the most unusual cupcake displays I've ever seen! It comes via their Facebook page of Memphis, Tennessee bakery Cocoa Van Cupcake, where they wrote:

We'd like to send a special thanks to artist Margaret Munz-Losch for having cocoa van as part of her opening art exhibit "Beauty and the Beast", which was recently shown last month at L. Ross Gallery Memphis.

They also do daily surprise flavors, like this one below, the "van latte" which is vanilla cake filled with a coffee pastry cream topped with a coffee buttercream.
